Frequently asked questions
How do I combine several photos into one PDF?
Add them all at once, keep "Combine into one PDF" switched on, and each image becomes a page in the order shown. Remove any you do not want before building.
Does it reduce the image quality?
No. JPGs are embedded exactly as they are, with no re-encoding, so the PDF is roughly as large as the images that went into it. WEBP is the one exception — the PDF format cannot carry it, so it is converted to JPEG first.
My PDF is too big to email. What can I do?
Shrink the images before building it — the Image Compressor or Image Resizer will cut the bulk far more effectively than compressing the finished PDF, because the images are almost all of it.
What page size should I pick?
A4 or US Letter for anything that will be printed or filed. "Fit each image" makes the page exactly the shape of the picture, which suits screenshots and photo albums where white borders would look odd.
