Frequently asked questions
Why is my result lower than my plan?
Wi-Fi, VPNs, distance to the test server and other devices on the network all reduce throughput. Test over Ethernet for the truest figure.
What counts as good jitter?
Under 30 ms is fine for calls and gaming. Consistently higher jitter causes stutter even when bandwidth looks healthy.
